Midland, Penetanguishene hospitals to receive combined $2.15 million from province - Archived

Georgian Bay General Hospital and Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care will be getting a combined $2.15 million from the province to complete critical upgrades and repairs, and tackle urgent maintenance projects.

“This vital funding will help out hospitals maintain their infrastructure and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for hospital staff and patients,” said Jill Dunlop, MPP for Simcoe North.

Waypoint will receive $355,585 from the government’s health infrastructure renewal fund, while GBGH will receive $1.79 million. []
