Midland Honda officially unveiled its brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership at 947 Jones Road on November 23.
The 23,422-square-foot dealership, located on a 2.48-hectare lot at the corner of Highway 12 and Jones Road, features a seven-vehicle indoor showroom, 11 service bays, a customer client centre and drive-thru car wash.
It’s a sizable upgrade from the old Midland Honda dealership at 868 King Street.
Owners Richard Davies and Peter Brezel relocated the dealership due to the space constraints at the previous location. The new building will allow for approximately 205 parking spaces and an additional 1,000-square-foot single-storey building that will be dedicated to tire storage.
The property is only accessible off Jones Road. Its entrance is in line with the entrance to the parking lots by the No Frills and LCBO.
The back half of the lot has been left undeveloped. It will be used for overflow vehicle storage and potential future development.
