The Simcoe Muskoka Workforce Development Board (SMWDB) is a Not for Profit funded by the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development (MLTSD). As part of our MLTSD operational strategy to gain a better picture of the workforce issues and opportunities within the Simcoe and Muskoka region, we invite you to participate in the following survey. This survey has 21 questions and should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
Simcoe Muskoka Workforce Development Board uses the data for two things:
- Publish a Local Labour Market Plan (LLMP) yearly and this information will be included in next February’s issue. Our LLMP and current projects can be viewed at www.smwdb.com
- Use the information to determine gaps and needs within our communities to inform which partnership projects we undertake for the next fiscal year
The purpose of the survey is to learn about the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic/lockdown for your workforce and about your recruitment and training needs.
